By using Fairweather, you agree to these terms. They are meant to be short and readable.

The app

Fairweather provides weather forecasts and activity guidance for informational purposes. Weather is inherently uncertain — always use your own judgment, especially for decisions involving safety.

Subscriptions & purchases

Fairweather offers an optional Premium subscription (monthly or annual) and a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.

Free trial

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription that includes it.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the app, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, or use it for anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

Fairweather, its design, and its content are owned by Fairweather. These terms do not grant you any rights to the Fairweather name, trademarks, or branding.

Disclaimer & liability

Fairweather is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app or your reliance on its forecasts.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France.
